I was charged for the full sized container, which they did sent at the same time as the trial size. When I called they said I had to pay it because it had been past the 14 days. Most things you order have 30 days. But not this. They never say anything about it.

Yes, I did pay for the product. But am not happy about it. I thought I was receiving different products with the offer, but it was the same thing in both jars.

Have not used the product yet.

I will be trying the product soon, but after reading a lot of the reviews, I do not have a lot of faith in it.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: That you only had a 14 day trial.
